Exclusive: Trump never raised Russia’s Taliban bounties with Putin

“I have never discussed it with him.”

I have no words.  How anyone from the military supports him is beyond me.

Impeached.

A year ago today, Trump had a phone call with Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky and promised to deliver the money Congress had appropriated for Ukraine’s protection against Russian military incursions. Then he added: “I would like you to do us a favor, though….”

This is just about the best timeline explaination of that whole reason for impeachment. And, why he should be removed from office.

Robert Mueller breaks his silence and condemns Trump for commuting Roger Stone’s sentence

But I feel compelled to respond both to broad claims that our investigation was illegitimate and our motives were improper, and to specific claims that Roger Stone was a victim of our office … Stone was prosecuted and convicted because he committed federal crimes. He remains a convicted felon, and rightly so.”

Judge demands unredacted Mueller report, questions Barr’s ‘credibility’

The inconsistencies between Attorney General Barr’s statements, made at a time when the public did not have access to the redacted version of the Mueller Report to assess the veracity of his statements, and portions of the redacted version of the Mueller Report that conflict with those statements cause the Court to seriously question whether Attorney General Barr made a calculated attempt to influence public discourse about the Mueller Report in favor of President Trump despite certain findings in the redacted version of the Mueller Report to the contrary …

Judge Reggie B. Walton, federal district court, Washington

Finally. The fact that the public STILL hasn’t seen the “unredacted” version of the report is unconscionable.

Chris Wallace grills Pence aide on Russia attacks: ‘You can’t say it didn’t happen and then say they leaked it’

The Fourth Estate is the last line of defense for this democracy. I think Chris Wallace gets that.

Fox News host Chris Wallace called out Marc Short, an aide to Vice President Mike Pence, after he insisted that there is no intelligence that shows Russia has a preference for President Donald Trump in the 2020 election. “There’s not intelligence that said the Russians are trying to help Donald Trump win elections,” Short said […]

The US intelligence community and bipartisan national security committees in both the House and Senate say otherwise. They say — with a very high degree of confidence — that the Russkies did and are fiddling around with our elections.

What a sad state of affairs.

With the ouster of his intelligence chief, a series of realities about Trump’s presidency seem to be confirmed

An intelligence official briefed the House Intelligence Committee on assessments establishing that Russia would work to aid President Trump’s reelection in November. That briefing was relayed to Trump by his loyal ally, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), leading Trump to reportedly believe that only committee chairman Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) had received the information. In a meeting the next day, Trump blew up at then-acting director of national intelligence Joseph Maguire about the briefing. Maguire was removed from his position Thursday.

Wait .. what now? Why is America so depressed? Really?

Oh, I dunno … maybe it has something to do with an Administration that wants to ignore decades of science and take us back to the days where our rivers often caught on fire?

Or, maybe it has something to do with an Administration that admires dictators more than our allies and acts more like a dictatorship with each passing day?

Or, maybe it’s a president whose impeachment has been hijacked by Senate leadership that openly admits it will collude with his Administration to make sure he’s not convicted?

Or, maybe it’s (insert here or comment)
