Released on September 14, 1979, it’s the last Tull album with the “classic” lineup as Barriemore Barlow, John Evan and David Palmer all left shortly after the album’s release. Stormwatch is also the last of their “folk-rock” trilogy. It’s also a very “environmental” record, highlighting the problems with oil and money. Thankfully, a few more people are paying attention (The Orange One not included.)
