Kraft Fined For Mislabeling | Farm Report with Pam Jahnke

Good. Kraft finally gets busted. Now what about their claim that their cheese is made from real milk? Not only have they been using milk protein concentrates (MPCs) for years but MPCs from other countries, hurting American farmers in the process.

Mom, next time you pick up a package of Kraft Singles, read the label. If you see “milk protein concentrates” or “MPC,” put it back and buy the cheese labeled “From Wisconsin.” You’ll have to slice it but our farmers will thank you.
